1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FindStayGo website and related services (the “Service”). FindStayGo is a trading name of Hostinspired Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, or by creating a guest or host account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Guest means a person who registers a guest account to save favourites and manage a personal FindStayGo profile.
• Host means a property owner, manager, agency or authorised representative who registers a host account to claim, add or manage listings.
• Listing means accommodation information displayed on the Service, including details sourced from third-party websites or supplied by a host.
• User means any visitor, guest or host using the Service.

3. Nature of the Service

FindStayGo is a search and discovery platform for holiday and short-stay accommodation. We help users find relevant stays using natural language search and structured listing data.

We do not own, manage or operate the properties shown on the Service. We do not take bookings or payments, and we are not a party to any contract between a guest and a host or any third-party booking provider. Booking, payment and stay arrangements take place on third-party websites or directly with the host.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Guest accounts allow you to save favourites and manage basic account settings. Host accounts allow you to register a business or property brand, verify website domain ownership where required, and submit or manage listing information.

We may require email verification and, for hosts, domain or other verification before certain features are available. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, inaccurate, abusive or in breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data or other users’ accounts;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data except as expressly permitted by us;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• upload malware, or submit content that is defamatory, misleading, discriminatory or infringes others’ rights;
• misrepresent your identity, authority or relationship to a property or brand.

6. Host listings and responsibilities

Hosts who claim or submit listings must be the owner or an authorised representative. Listing information you supply must be accurate, up to date and lawful. You must have the rights needed to provide website URLs, descriptions, photos and other materials.

We may review, edit, refuse, suspend or remove listings or host content where we reasonably believe it is inaccurate, incomplete, infringing, unsafe or otherwise unsuitable. Verification of a host account or domain does not mean we endorse the host or guarantee listing accuracy.

Property owners or authorised representatives may request to claim, update or remove a listing. We will review reasonable requests and take appropriate action.

7. Third-party content and intellectual property

The Service may display or reference property names, descriptions, features, locations and links drawn from publicly available third-party sources or provided by hosts. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

We may process publicly available information to extract structured data, generate summaries, embeddings and search indexes, and improve discovery. Where images are shown, they may be hosted or delivered via our storage/CDN providers under host supply or other lawful arrangements described in our Privacy Policy.

FindStayGo branding, software, design and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Service.

8. Copyright and takedown

If you believe content on FindStayGo infringes your rights, contact us via our contact form with details of the content, your ownership or authority, and your contact information. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or modify the content.

9. Content accuracy and external links

We do not guarantee that listing information is accurate, complete or up to date. Always verify important details (availability, pricing, rules, accessibility and safety) with the host or original listing provider before making decisions.

The Service contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability or any transactions that occur on them.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account closure through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

12. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for inaccuracies in listing information, issues arising from third-party websites or bookings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. If you are a consumer, you also keep any non-excludable statutory rights.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date appear at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to account terms may also be highlighted when you next sign in.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where mandatory consumer law allows.
